| Just above the house is a large swimming pool surrounded by an area for sunbathing. The views from the pool are simply stunning and the owners have even provided a rope hammock in which to laze away the hours! The owners and their family often stay at the house next door and may occasionally ask to use the pool when no one else is using it. Otherwise it is private. The shops and bar are in walking distance and there are many good restaurants in the villages of Monzone and Equi Terme, which nestle in the valley below. The old market town of Fivizzano is not far away and with its bars and trattorie around the piazza, is well worth a visit, especially to sample the ice cream. A very special house - book early to avoid disappointment. |
