| Superb Newly constructed villa set amidst the beautiful hills of Lunigiana in Northern Tuscany. The villa has been designed and built to a very high standard offering guests a comfortable and well equipped holiday hideaway that would not disappoint the more discerning traveller. The views have to be seen to be believed as a camera would never be able to do this justice. The terrace runs the full length of the house with a covered area and makes the prefect place to relax, have a glass of wine of take in the surrounding hills scattered with picturesque villages. Accommodation Parking is provided at the door via a short driveway. The ground floor comprises: Large light and spacious kitchen dining room. The beautifully crafted kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils, dishwasher, professional oven and microwave. Double doors lead to the terrace. The dining area is also furnished with a desk and internet connection for those who need to keep in touch. To the rear of the kitchen there is a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The living room also benefits from double doors to the terrace, furnished with 2 sofas and equipped with TV / DVD ( a selection of films are provided ) and a Sony system with I Pod connector. Both ground floor reception rooms have ceiling fans for the warmer months. From the hallway there is a shower room. Stairs lead to the first floor bathrooms. There are 2 double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms and private balconies. A specious twin room has superb views to the front of the house. An additional bathroom is provided across the hallway. Air conditioning to the bedrooms ensures a cool nights sleep. From the ground floor terrace steps lead down to the pool and garden area with ample paved areas to enjoy the sun and solar heated outdoor shower. A BBQ is provided for ‘al fresco’ dining and the pool area features elegant flat bed loungers and umbrellas to escape the mid day sun. Please note that the house was constructed during 2008 and while the building itself is finished the garden areas still require further development and further planting planned for autumn 2009. Guests should be aware that the garden is not mature. |

Set above the main village amongst olive groves you have a sense of peace and privacy yet only a few minutes walk takes you to the village restaurant serving local specialties. If you wish you could even take a stroll to the village meeting place the bench to catch up on the days gossip. The towns of Licciana Nardi and Fivizzano are equidistant from the village 10 minutes drive away with a host of amenities. |
